Tequila Sour
The tequila sour is a delightfully refreshing sweet-tart drink with a frothy foam topping! It’s a mashup of a 1920’s sour cocktail with a margarita.
- 3oz TCapri® Blanco
- 1oz Lemon Juice or 1 whole squeezed lemon
- 1oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white(optional)
Combine the first three ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball with ice or coupe glass.
Optional-Combine all ingredients into an empty shaker. Shake until the tin becomes hard to keep closed. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass.
If you want to skip a step, combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Remove the spring from your strainer and put it in the shaker tin. Shake well, reattach string, and strain into a coupe glass.
If you are having a hard time with the egg white, you can carefully crack the egg, pour it into a container and scoop out the yolk
